Shipping policy

Our hats require 8–12 business days for production and preparation before shipment.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore around 13–17 business days.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of holidays, weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact redhawkoutfitters@outlook.com immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has begun.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
